CLASS POLICY You must be a member to take the classes, unless other wise indicated. We do not allow camera’s,tape recorders, or cell phones in the class room. Payment for classes must be received by the due date. If you change your mind about taking a class that you have already paid for, you must request are fund before the due date. Once the due date has past and we can no longer sell your cancelled seat,there will be no refund. There are no refunds for classes once the class series has started. If you miss any of the classes in a series, you will not get credit for the series until the class is made up. You may take the free classes over again as many times as you’d like, however, the paid classes are not repeatable for free.

THE ALHAMBRA INSTITUTE FREQUENT FRIENDS PROGRAM
For members only. For every dollar you spend at The Alhambra Institute, you accumulate one point. You may turn your points in for gift certificates that you may use for readings, or purchases.You are automatically enrolled in the Frequent Friend program when you sign up for membership. To get your points, put your name on the back of your register receipt whenever you pay for a class, have a reading, renew your membership, or make a purchase and drop it in the box at the front desk. As soon as you accumulate four hundred points or more, you can redeem your points for gift certificates that you may use for readings, classes, purchases or to renew your membership. We’ll mail statements in January and July, and you can turn your Frequent Friend balance into FREE readings or merchandise. However, your points expire when your membership expires.

LAY A WAY
We have a “lay a way” program for the convenience of our Friends of Alhambra. You may put away one item at a time. A small deposit will hold your item for two months. During that time you may make payments on it whenever you like. At the end of two months you may pay off your item and pick it up. Items left longer than two months will be put back on the shelf. A 10% restocking fee will be charged and the remainder sent back to you. “lay aways” processed at the front desk.
